Your Role as our Recruitment (Staffing) Specialist

Understand each department or client’s hiring requirements
Scan existing databases to look for possible candidates to fill positions
Match requirements with candidate profile to determine that suitability requirements are met
Call shortlisted candidates over the phone and screen them for role suitability
Arrange for personal / face to face interviews to be conducted by matching human resource managers’ schedules with those of the candidates
Provide feedback to human resource managers regarding the results of the screening procedures

Previous work experience handling IT client requirements.
Good Technical Knowledge
Good team player
Willing to take up new challenges

Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of relevant Technical research experience or an in-house recruiting team

Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
Ability to manage multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills
