Job Responsibilities / Essential Duties

Plan and execute daily sales work of agribusiness products, especially Frozen and Fresh Seafood.
Develop, implement and execute sales strategies and goals together with the company directors, to retain and increase sales volume;
Prospect new national and regional accounts through cold calls or meetings in person with wholesalers, food service, distributors, supermarkets and restaurants chains.
Travel and visit current and potential customers through the US territory.
Provide information about product availability, specifications and prices.
Take part of formulation pricing according to the market and quality of our products and selling strategies.
Arrange delivery schedules.
Prepare sales, visits, expenses Reports and System Controls.
Conduct and implement new ideas and ways to diversify and expand the portfolio of products, understanding customer business needs and develop a mix of products and service to offer.
Make follow-up with all customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Deal and analyze customer concerns by investigating problems and developing solutions.
Recover amounts due.
Be present at conventions, fairs, shows and conferences.
Work in connection with all departments. 

Job Requirements / Knowledge
Sales experience: Minimum 2 years;

Network in the Seafood / Foodservice industry preferred;

Knowledge of agri-commodity markets, and supply chain is helpful;

Required Valid Driver's License;

Bilingual preferred ( English/Spanish or Portuguese);        

Demonstrable working knowledge of all MS Office products.
