Test Architect Requirement Full-time

Job Description:

The Role:

We are looking for Test Architects who have hands-on test automation
experience, and:

·         Astute awareness of current technology trends and open source

·         Strong collaboration and communication skills

·         Result-oriented and Self-motivated problem solver

·         Experience in large scale transformation programs and leading teams

The skills needed for the role:

·         Overall 10+ years of experience in Test Automation

·         Expert in developing Automation scripts in Selenium Web Driver (
using Java) or Cucumber (8 years)

·         Experience in test strategy, framework design and test development
(4 years)

·         Experience instrumenting continuous testing pipelines in APIs; and
native (iOS/Android) and web development environments. (3 years)

·         Experience in core Java (5 years)

·         Demonstrated experience in - JUnit or TestNG, BDD frameworks such as
Cucumber, Rest APIs, or Appium

·         Ability to review automation test scripts developed by team members

·         Experience in Test data management

·         Experience with source control and build technology (GitHub,
Jenkins, Saucelab etc)

·         Experience in UNIX (Commands and viewing logs)

·         Experience in Agile Methodology

·         Experience in JIRA

·         Design solutions to testing problems that business faces on daily

·         Strong oral and writing skills characterized by the ability to
communicate technical and non-technical information thoroughly and clearly to a
range of reading and comprehension skill levels. Onshore-Offshore co-ordination
for SDETs

Education : Bachelors (BS in Computer Science) or Similar
