POSITION OVERVIEW
Twistellar Inc, a Salesforce Registered Consulting Partner, is looking for a Sales Manager of Salesforce projects for our US office, with rich relevant experience of selling Salesforce projects, and useful connections in local businesses to find leads.

Sales Manager is directly responsible for boosting profitable revenue growth for the company. He or she will create new customer relations with the goal of obtaining new Requests for Quotations (RFQ’s) and orders that result in new business, while consistently working to support and expand business relations with existing customers. Solid background of building a sales pipeline and tracking sales activities through a CRM are required.

A successful candidate will:
drive profitable revenue growth by closing sales;
nurture close business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients;
participate with the senior management team on developing and executing on the strategic plan for Sales, develop a clear plan on how to effectively grow sales, by customer segments and promotional channels;
develop and maintain a pipeline to build and track sales leads and ensure they are followed up effectively and in a timely manner;
demonstrate a proven experience of achieving successful results in Salesforce sales;
ensure tracking of sales activities in the corporate CRM in a timely and effective manner;
track and ensure company's commitments to customers in respect to timelines and quality of deliveries;
provide the initiatives necessary to sustain the company’s growth on US market.

REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma/College degree (BA, B Sc)
3 years of sales experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. But if you have 10 or more years of successful experience in B2B sales - it will be perfect!
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft® Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent presentation skills and experience, comfortable using and presenting in PowerPoint® to senior management of companies.
Comfortable with using Salesforce, deep understanding of sales funnel and metrics for tracking sales performance.
Must be an outgoing individual who is comfortable meeting new people, putting people at ease and inspiring trust.
Valid Driver’s License. Must be willing and able to travel to various client locations. Travel, for this position, can be as high as 25 – 50% to facilitate the effective fostering of client relationships for each key account assigned.
