We are currently looking for a full-time B2B Sales Representative to join our Toronto team, starting immediately.

Position Summary

The B2B sales representative is responsible for selling leading edge technology/products to supermarkets, specialty food and natural food stores. We are looking for someone that knows they can sell professionally, have integrity and want to earn a good living. This is a long-term career, not just a job!

The right individual will help us grow our market share which entails developing and maintaining key relationships with decision makers and business owners. During the sales process, you will be achieving established metrics for customer engagements and territory quotas.

Main Responsibilities

•Aggressively prospecting, cold calling, qualifying opportunities for new business in the restaurant/grocery industries while using a consultative sales approach, value added selling, differential selling techniques, or conversational selling.
•Accountable for building and maintaining strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with small to medium sized businesses in targeted markets
•Prepare, present, and demonstrate hardware & software products to prospective and existing customers while making sound recommendations
•Executing win-win solutions that enhance the client’s ability to maximize their ROI while achieving our revenue goals
•Closing sales opportunities by building rapport with potential account
•Explaining product and service capabilities while overcoming objections
•Prepare contracts
•Constantly managing existing accounts and ensuring that maximum up times and needs are achieved


•Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience, preferably with point-of-sale (POS) equipment, computer product, knowledge of ISS45, ENCOR or LOC SMS a definite asset
•Demonstrated cold calling experience and prospecting skills
•Persistence, negotiation skills, closing skills, and presentation skills
•Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
•Strong ability to work independently to manage the assigned territory and accounts efficiently, and achieve sales goals
•Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment
•Knowledge of computer and Windows OS

AM PM Service provides a compensation package that includes base salary, benefits, mileage reimbursement. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training on various Point of Sale Hardware Systems and point of sale software.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a background check prior to commencing work.
