Spectrum Consulting is looking for a Human Resources Benefits and Compensation Manager in the Western NH area.  Candidate will be responsible for administration and  management of current benefits programs including medical, dental, 401k, leaves, workers comp and compensation, Candidate must have the ability to analyze data, develop budgets and maintain wellness committee.

Requirements of the Human Resources Benefits and Compensation Manager:

Candidate must have 3-5 years experience in the field of benefits administration 
High level of proficiency in MS Office  
Excellent writing and analytical skills
Required skills/traits for the position: Excellent written and verbal communication, Outstanding organizational skills, teamwork, and attention to detail
