Required Skills 

?    At least 4 years of Salesforce admin experience 

?    Must have experience performing Salesforce administrative tasks like
Creating Roles, Profiles, Sharing Rules, Email Services, Page Layouts,
Workflows, Process Builder Flows, Visual Flows, Validation Rules Actions, and
Approval Processes.

?    Ability to execute and maintain system configuration, data loads, setting
up security and user permissions

 

Desired Skills 

?    Working Knowledge of Salesforce Lighting is a huge plus

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 

?    Ideal candidate acts as a principal Salesforce Admin to the
specification, design and implementation of software subsystems.

?    Performs analysis of complex systems/configuration, creates architecture,
functional and design specifications, codes and debugs complex software,
investigates and troubleshoots critical problem areas and executes corrective
action.

?    Actively involved in all stages of the Salesforce development projects
(i.e. definition, development, deployment).

?    Plays a lead role in investigating/evaluating new CRM
technologies/add-ons to meet current and future needs; analyzes current
technology with respect to product strategies.

?    Leverage experience with Java/.Net development, Web Services (SOAP/REST)
and Databases to build integration points between Salesforce and back-end
systems.

 

Is this a good fit? (Requirements): 

?    Qualified candidate will have Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related
field or 3+ Years of experience working as Salesforce Administrator.

?    Execute and maintain system configuration, data loads, setting up
security and user permissions.

?    Must have good functional knowledge and provide good customer experience
through timely and appropriate communication as well as following through till
issue resolution.

?    Must be skilled in customizing standard objects and develop Custom
objects, Page-Layouts, and Record-types to distinguish between various
requirements.

?    Experience in SFDC administrative tasks like Creating Roles, Profiles,
Sharing Rules, Email Services, Page Layouts, Workflows, Process Builder Flows,
Visual Flows, Validation Rules Actions, and Approval Processes.

?    Timely and accurate documentation of resolution activities, system
configuration and administrative processes.

?    Keep abreast of Salesforce releases, features and best practices.

?    Make recommendations to management regarding implementation as
appropriate.

?    Perform deployment of releases using Changeset/DX and migration of data
using data loader.

?    Working Knowledge of Salesforce Lighting is a huge plus.
