Customer Specialist/ Account Manager Full-time

The Position:

The Account Managers are responsible for selling custom legal documents to our customers, managing customer accounts and providing customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

Know products thoroughly; accurately and confidently walk prospective customers through the expunction and nondisclosure processes but know when to consult with General Counsel
Reach out to all leads; service existing accounts and create necessary follow-ups
Influence customers to buy product by following a prepared sales talk to give information and price quotes
Provide continuous high-quality customer service and support, from initial contact to when documents are approved by the court
Setup payment plans
Document transactions by completing forms and record logs
Work closely with the Records Specialist and Director of Products to support each other in a streamlined process
Recommend changes in products, procedures, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments
Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree or higher
At least 2 years in sales, preferably in a call center environment, with proven results
Go getter, self-motivated
Genuinely cares about people and about providing a top-notch customer experience
Committed to a career in sales
Shares E-Legal, Inc's values
Able to interact effectively with diverse people
Detail-oriented, thorough, accurate
Bilingual preferred
