Customer Service & Sales Professional

We are growing & seeking a highly motivated customer-oriented service representative to our team. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.


Reply to customer inquiries thru phone, website, social media and other 3rd party platforms.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
Educate and provide information to the customers on Relocation/Moving services
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
follow up to ensure resolution
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Take the extra step to engage customers


Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Positive & professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in teams
