Full-time Health Services Coordinator (HSC)

Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered):
1. High school diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or higher from an accredited college preferred
2. Able to use various office equipment, such as: copier, fax machine, telephone and scanner.
3. Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA laws strongly preferred
4. Must be organized and able to prioritize, plan, and handle multiple tasks/demands simultaneously
5. Required---Experience working in a call center environment with a healthcare organization.

What you need to know:
• Please let candidate know that a drug screen and background check is required before we can send them to the client.
• Please note that the client is looking for candidates that are not scheduled for time off during the holidays except for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
• Looking for candidates with a Contact center/ call center background (preferably in a healthcare organization)
• Process inbound and outbound faxes and emails according to productivity and quality standards.
• Enter required data into the client's database accurately and in a timely manner.
• Contract Start date: Nov 19th 2019 (6 month project)
• This is role is in an office setting. All HSCs will be sitting in a big room together with 2-3 managers.
