Full-time Dialer Administrator / Analyst

Ceteris Portfolio Services, a division of Ceteris Holdco, is seeking a driven, creative, collaborative individual for our Dialer Administrator/Analyst. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the network infrastructure along with application development on the company’s collection system, boarding new vendors, and coordinating all efforts with the operations, client services, as well as the compliance team to increase efficiencies within all system processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support Operations and Risk Strategy leadership in the configuration and testing of all external interfaces and system workflow for the DAKCS collection platform, including any non-core custom programming of any interfaces.
• Provides easy to use, data warehouse enabled reporting and end user data mining, ensuring overall data integrity, and monitoring data and telephonic networks and collection platform/ interfaces performance.
• Research, propose, monitor service levels and help negotiate any service agreements for network, desktop and other software as well as any 3rd party services.
• Increase efficiency of the dial stream to institute consistent and measurable dialer strategies.
• Develop strategies and metrics with LiveVox.
• Develop inactive account identification programs to increase efficiency and revenue.
• Coordinate with accounting department to design and implement a new weekly and end-of-month payment processing, reconciliation and reporting process to maximize time efficiency.
• Coordinate with operations to develop a strategy that allows for increased productivity in client service and compliance/quality assurance teams throughout the system.

Skills and Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with a proven performance and success record within the Recovery, Collections industry.
• Knowledge of DAKCS is a plus, must have experience with LiveVox.
• Excel and SQL
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience working with all facets of a debt collection/recovery operation.
• Experience motivating and leading a team to exceed all goals set forth by the organization.
• Be assertive, accountable, and resourceful with positive disruption, driven through influence. They need to have a balance of vision, strategy, and execution.
