Full-time Apartment Property Manager

at Capstone Multifamily Group in Tennessee

The Community Manager is fully accountable for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property, meeting financial goals and operating the asset in the owner’s best interest. Our Community Managers embrace the concepts of Group Responsibility and Servant Leadership.

How you will help contribute to the success of this property and team

First and foremost is through your skill, knowledge and experience handling a variety of situations, people and problems.

You must be able to understand and meet the property’s financial goals. You will do this by being proactive, foreseeing issues that may jeopardize deadlines and implementing measures that will prevent these in advance.

It is in everyone’s best interest to make sure the property occupancy is stable and rented to the fullest capacity. This is achievable through marketing and retention strategies. It is also very dependent on resident care and service given by every member on your team.

Every effort should be made to maintain community appearance through social media and in person. Units and grounds should be inspected regularly to make sure everything is being done to company standards.

Our Corporate Office

We are all in this together. Our corporate office supports property staff in a variety of different areas. We have an outstanding Accounting Team that is more than willing to answer any questions or concerns. Our Accounts Payable Department is in daily contact with our Property Manager’s helping with invoicing and payments. The HR Department is openly available to all employees ready and willing to help or answer questions.
