Purpose of the Position
• The primary purpose of this position is to create Virenxia’s external communication strategies.
• Develop market pitch for Virenxia’s products across the globe. Manage the website and enable unhindered concurrent presence through its updated content. Enable optimization of its digital presence through the SEO process to enhance footfall.
• Enable the user to have an awesome experience.

Main Accountabilities
1. Develop business-wise marketing and communication strategies
2. Develop customized contents in keeping with the marketing pitch for the relative product; Investment community; Government body and or other international business partners and supply channels
3. Design and implement a social media marketing strategy across various platforms that can propagate Virenxia’s presence across Sustainable business and industry
4. Develop advertising props in keeping with Virenxia’s Vision and Mission
5. Set standards for Mar-Comm activities across the group in all of the representative items that are used to ‘build Virenxia’s brand’.
6. Put in place a sound end-user feedback system to evaluate the current information pathway and to enable continuous improvement.

Content Writing & Management
1. As a Content Writer, the incumbent handles the ideation and creation of compelling content including website copy, white papers, blog posts, social media content, and product/service descriptions. A Content Writer is responsible for adding value by actively engaging customers/stakeholders and maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
2. Strong sense of creating powerful content to attract the reader and prospective clients for
Virenxia’s products Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies)
3. Write a clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
4. Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
5. Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
6. Submit work to editors for input and approval
7. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
8. Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
9. Promote content on social media
10. Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
11. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
12. Update website content as needed
13. Innate ability to grasp the verbal ideas and visualize the same so as to convert it to lucid text

Social Media Management
1. Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
2. Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
3. Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
4. Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with the company is overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
5. Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
6. Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
7. Demonstrate the ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
8. Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews.
9. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
10. Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
11. Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
12. Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

Education & Experience
Must have a good Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Mass Communication/ MBA in Marketing along with a certification in Social Media Marketing & Effective Content Writing/Diploma in Digital Media Marketing
Must have 7 to 10 years of experience in creating content and managing Social Media/ Digital Media marketing for large organizations based in UAE/ GCC.
