Xinadda Inc. is looking for Customer Service Representatives for our office in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, welcoming, detail oriented and charged by multitasking. We are looking for an energetic detail oriented person who has 1+ years of experience with customer service, strong written skills, and phone-based professionalism.

This is a full-time role starting ASAP! Candidates must be readily available. Hourly rate will be based on experience.

What will you do?

• First-hand contact with our USA best selling products XMount, ERGOCHIEF and other lines under Xinadda Inc.
• Handle inbound calls and emails, providing support to customers and dealers in a timely manner.
• Respond to inquiries and assist customers accurately through open and interactive communication.
• Act as a liaison between customers and upper management
• Ability to communicate with our global offices across
• Document customer Q&A, create FAQ, gather customer feedback and present to the team
• Assist with inbound/outbound and digital marketing efforts
• Assist with day-to-day operations management
• Opportunity to handle and generate sales leads with additional compensations.
Position Requirements:
• High School Diploma or above required
• Experience with customer service (retail, hospitality, etc.) is prefered
• An upbeat and positive attitude, with the ability to work both in a team environment and independently
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively and be a quick learner
• Have exceptional phone-based as well as online customer service professionalism
• Passion for learning and personal growth
• Exceptional listening and questioning skills
• Discipline to work independently most of the time
• Strong desire to succeed

Our Customer Service Associates have a genuine passion for helping create long-term relationships with our loyal customers. We provide thorough on the job training to ensure that each of our associates has the comprehensive knowledge and skill set to provide the best possible care. Our Customer Service Associates are eligible for promotions within this department and other departments upon demonstrating a successful track record.

Compensation + hours:
• Full time, salaried position.
• Comprehensive training
• 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. schedule. No weekends work. Approximately 45hrs/week or less.
