Eagle Harbor, LLC a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to provide technical editing support for the USCG Office of Standards Evaluation and Development (CG-REG) in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Technical Writer is the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer (KO) and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
Provides oversight and/or technical editing services for government documents such as:
Documents for submission to the Federal Register.
Physical and digital regulatory documents such as regulatory text, preambles, and economic and environmental supporting documents.
Formal electronic presentations used for briefing other offices or at public meetings on a rulemaking.
Various annual steering and advisory committee meetings that provide input to current and future USCG regulatory actions.
Requirements:

US Citizen.
10 years of experience providing technical editing services to government documents.
High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite to include Word and PowerPoint.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
