Hands on IBM Sterling OMS experience
Good Communication skills
Work with Client teams (on requirement analysis, design, code reviews etc)

Sterling OMS development experience
Good in Supply chain area and preferably have IBM Sterling Web COM/ IBM Sterling Web SOM experience.
Prior experience in IBM Sterling OMS implemenation
