Designation: Techno-Commercial Engineer( U.S.A)/ Residential Sales Engineer/ Key Account Manager

Must Haves: US national with Engineering Background (degree in Mechanical / Production/ Industrial Engineering). Currently must be working on Vendor Side to OEM (auto ancillary). He should preferably have knowledge of bearing products and their application. Good know-how systems, subsystems, and their interface with bearing. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Business Development Role / Sales Engineer in USA Region in an Engineering company.

Location: U.S.A
• Key Account Management
• As Head-Techno commercial taking care of new product development and interacting with the client for the Technical terms.
• Concept development for the new product development, process definition, benchmarking, Teardown analysis, and Preparation of Project Plan and monitoring.
RFQ, CFT discussions, proposal development, Negotiations, integration, Turnkey project management.
• Conducting Cross-functional Team Discussions, Design Reviews, Process reviews, Manufacturing Feasibility reviews including DFMA and sharing the knowledge.
• Project management and identifying the possible milestones, supporting and guiding the team to adhere to the same.
• Preparation and submission of Technical and Commercial proposals for the projects/New product developments
• Conducting Business Review Weekly Meeting with all other departments and tracking the business progress and taking decisions to meet the target.
• Acting a Bridge between management and other functional teams and escalating team’s issues and getting sorted out.
• Business promotional and development activities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
