Banking domain experience is must.
Should be able to manage a team of individuals, assign tasks, provide guidance, take decisions and engage with senior management in delivery
Should be able to validate the estimates of the technical / application performance activities; should be able to track and assess the performance of the project against the project plan and identify newer risks during the course of the execution phase; thereby taking necessary corrective and preventive action
Lead and support performance engineering activities for multiple application stacks resulting in successful implementation of scalable and robust programs
Responsible for providing SME expertise in the area of performance engineering and product tuning and capacity planning
Expertise in PC/LoadRunner tool and respective protocols, workload modelling and performance test planning
Expertise in strategizing performance testing needs for application. Ability to troubleshoot performance issues for production and AUT’s
