Detailed Job Description:

Collecting data from various systems and identify any data discrepancies. Assess data quality, identify patterns/ trends and produce report with up-to-date, accurate data analysis for the organization, source target data mapping.
Experience on Data Warehousing applications and directly responsible for Design and Architecture for Extraction, Transformation and Loading of data from heterogeneous sources into Data Warehouses. Worked extensively with Dimensional modeling, data migration, data cleansing, and building ETL processes for Data Warehouse and Data Mart systems
Candidate must demonstrate good healthcare domain knowledge and describe the employment of those on several projects. Ability to identify target data attributes within a particular domain independently.
Agile, SAFe execution experience required
Business Analyst of both types with techno functional experience and with domain/ data analytics experience are needed
SQL analysis, Performance Tuning, ETL process, writing transformation specs, data mapping etc. are some of the skillset needed
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong leadership skills to effectively influence decisions and positively impact progress are required
Minimum years of experience : 9
