Compensation Consultant

Position: Compensation Consultant/CCP/Kronos
Skills Required:
Candidates must be CCP certified and the perfect candidate will have Kronos
and/or Ultipro HR software experience. Please only send Senior Compensation
consultants with a CCP certification.
Client want compensation consultants that have experience with Large Software
or high tech companies. <> <>
Consult the business as it relates to best practices around developing comp
programs for the company
Work with the broader compensation team in the implementation of new
programs for the new company
Qualifications:
· 8+ years of compensation experience. Software/High Technology
industry experience preferred
· CCP
· Bachelor?s Degree required
· Thorough knowledge and application of compensation/total rewards
practices, principles and theories.
· Experience with merging large compensation programs is a strong plus
· Ability to influence the decision-making process and outcome through
detailed analysis/models, innovative recommendations, and demonstration of
compensation expertise
· Organized, detail oriented, results-driven, flexible, innovative and
able to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a
fast-paced environment.
· Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver projects and
programs end to end.
· Effective problem solver through a systematic approach to asking
questions, understanding root causes and confidently influencing others
· High Tech industry experience a plus
· Ability to effective work remotely
Key Responsibilities
Understand the business and related specific market conditions. Build
positive relationships across the organization and demonstrate the ability to
influence compensation matters.
Identify and generate competitive solutions to complex compensation issues
Conduct comprehensive analysis and market studies to evaluate the
competitiveness of proposed new compensation programs. Work will include,
evaluate analysis results, recommend program changes, model cost impact, and
present final recommendations to the members of the project integration team.
Effectively drive philosophical and program changes throughout the
organization, in conjunction with an evolving compensation strategic plan.
Contributes to the development and implementation of compensation tools and
techniques that helps the rest of the HR team make appropriate pay decisions.
Remain up to date on legal regulations surrounding compensation issues.
Provide advice and recommendations as needed to ensure compliance.
