Part-time Retail Sales Assistant

The ideal candidate will be a confident individual that is reliable and honest and able to function as a team player.

Desired Skills:
Merchandising Customer Service
Sales
Stock Control
Assist customer in purchases and make recommendations, if necessary.
Be attentive to customers, providing answers to any questions.
Ensure a good fit for the customer and the product.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
Be a fast learner, cheerful, with a positive attitude
Assist in managing and facilitate human resource processes, submissions and documentation for the entire business unit, in compliance with standard operating procedures.
Ensure the company performance management systems are implemented and executed as directed by company policy.
Take control and manage the store cash resources, daily takings.
