Responsibilities:
● Active participation in sales pitches, media & strategy planning.
● Make engaging presentations and run business reviews with multiple levels of stakeholders internally and externally.
● SPOC between the internal teams and the clients.
● Close involvement with campaign managers in the campaign take off phase.
● Managing a team of campaign managers / media planners / account managers to train them on 360-degree growth into campaign management & account management.
● Tracking regular key performance metrics.
● Proactive risk management.
● Suggesting course correction to internal teams.
● Business development & retention of existing clients.
