Full-time Alternative Investment Sales Opportunity

Specialising in Asset-backed FinTech & Intellectual Property (IP) alternatives, my client is a new alternative investment start-up in a joint-venture with an established Australian loan originator with representative offices in Australia, Singapore & Taiwan.

Opportunities are backed by collateral of validated underlying assets and are underwritten by a robust matrix of guarantees to ensure a “senior-secured” position for all investors, with a regulated offering soon available via a partnership with a Singaporean Variable Capital Company.

Prior to the launch of new product(s), they are looking to expand the global marketplace network, by matching accredited investors with highly vetted, asset-backed, technology Intellectual Property & Patent Assertion investments allowing members access to institutional grade structures at lower entry levels.

Investment highlights:

A “hybrid” structure comprising Loan Note + Ordinary shares and the high growth asset classes of Patent Asset Assertion and Litigation Finance.

2-Year “Senior-Secured” Convertible Note.
8.25% fixed p.a. interest paid bi-annually

Please note that the patent assertion program is funded by established litigation funders. The funders provide the “At-Risk” capital so the investor capital is not at risk.

Ideal Candidates:

You are a results-driven professional, preferably, with experience in the Alternative Investment market but certainly someone who has the ability to make immediate introductions to your network and your clients.

This is a remote & autonomous position. You are not someone who works 9 to 5, and you don’t want a structured environment. You also do not necessarily have to be an experienced financial advisor as such to market these unique solutions. This particular brief calls for an extraordinary, proven networking professional, someone who likes to travel, get things done and can get results.

In summary, you will have ideally promoted Alternative Investments to your client base before and have maintained continuous contact with your network over the last two years to have a current understanding of its appetite for such alternatives.
