We will count on you to:

Actively establish and cultivate positive business relationships with prospective and existing clients

Identify the needs and risks of clients and prospects to determine the proper services, products, and/or combinations that will best serve their objectives

Provide timely and accurate prospecting and sales data to track and monitor activity for management reporting and forecasting capabilities, such as call activity, pipeline updates and lead generation results

Conduct routine research on market trends or developments and existing business to assist in analyzing opportunities and identifying and evaluating additional client or market needs

Prepare proposals, contracts, and/or other sales-related documentation

Ensure timeframes and deliverables are met in the sales process

Attend and assist with sales meetings and presentations to convert opportunities into wins

Maintain a thorough awareness of market occurrences including key developments and trends to identify potential business opportunities

Develop and maintain effective network within the business community and industry

Participate in regular sales meetings to review sales performance against objectives

What you need to have:

Bachelor's degree qualification with minimum 1 years of business development experience preferably within a broking or insurance environment

Passion for sales and networking with corporate professionals

Excellent communication skills including articulation, grammar and persuasion

Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, and rapidly changing priorities
