GVI, Inc, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader is searching for an experienced Program Manager that will serve as the primary point of contact for a government contract in Arlington, VA.

In this position you will have ultimate responsibility for the quality and efficiency of the contract including both technical issues and business practices.

You will need demonstrated experience with the DoD acquisition process, experience working in complex environments with multiple points of contact, as well as experience in problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

Qualified Candidate Responsibilities:

Daily program management throughout the program life cycle.
Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress.
Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.
Managing and utilizing resources across projects.
Managing stakeholders’ communication.
Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the business change manager.


Position Requirements:

US Citizen.
Currently possess a minimum of an Active Interim Secret Clearance; Candidates currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance (or higher) are preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field of study.
Twelve (12) years relevant specialized cost, EVM, or financial management experience.
Managerial experience in providing technical advice, organizing, planning, directing, and managing contractor staff to ensure the goals and objectives of the project are reached.
Experience with the management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills.
Experience handling personnel staffing requirements and ensuring that the customer is supplied with the proper skill sets.
Experience in the technical and administrative leadership of managing cost, EVM, or FM projects, including the review of work products for correctness, quality, completeness, and follow through.
Working knowledge of MS computer applications (Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel).
