THIS IS A 1099 POSITION

Our team focuses on generating new business and helping homeowners through the insurance claims and repair process. If you are energetic, self-motivated, and a team player, then Excel Roofing is the place for you!

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
You will set up appointment times and meet at customers' homes to solicit our service for replacement and installation of Roofing, Siding, Gutters, and Windows.
• Generate leads: Canvas/network with homeowners in storm-damaged areas
• Answer incoming leads provided by Excel Roofing
• Provide free damage inspections/assessments
• Report damage assessment findings to the homeowner
• Review Excel's credentials with the homeowner
• Explain the agreement between Excel and homeowner
• Sign service agreement
• Assist homeowners with filing their insurance claim
• Outside Sales Representative must explain the entire claims process
• Meet insurance adjuster to discuss the scope of damages
• Turn insurance approved construction projects into the Excel Roofing, Inc. production department

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS
• Valid driver's license; dependable vehicle required
• An outgoing personality
• Outside Sales Representative must act with a sense of urgency
• Possess the ability to multi-task
• Strong customer-service orientation
• A positive will to win attitude
• A competitive spirit
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable on a ladder

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE BENEFITS
• Excellent Income ($150 K + potential)
