Full-time Human Resources - Payroll HRIS and Benefits Administrator - Quincy, MA

Administer payroll, and benefits including program management.

Plan, manage and coordinate payroll functions through ADP Workforce, including configuration and set up of ADP, processing weekly payroll, updating and maintaining HRIS, producing reports, systems maintenance and auditing of records.

Coordinate annual benefit enrollment process for medical, dental, vision, prescription, and life insurances. Assist staff with enrolling, terminate and update plan elections in ADP, monitoring carrier connections, and process invoices.

Administer appropriate policies, procedures and reporting related to Family and Medical Leave Act, Serious medical conditions and disabilities, Worker's Compensation and Americans with Disabilities Act; Respond to employee questions and inquiries; Assess leave types and eligibility; Process LOA paperwork; Communicate expectations to all parties affected.
