Required skills ?

·  Proven experience in performance testing of web & mobile apps

o Neoload, Load Runner skills required

·  Experience in performance testing of APIs

·  Performance Testing in cloud environments

o Salesforce experience is a nice to have

·  Ability to plan strategically, work across teams to establish baselines,
design/build Tests and execute

·  Acute analytical skills in analyzing performance bottlenecks and an
ability to articulate them clearly

·  Solid communication skills to manage senior stakeholders

Independent & self-motivated to drive the entire performance testing exercise


RPA Technical Support Leader

Location: Phoenix, AZ



Duration: 12+Months


Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation
Anywhere, Blue Prism) preferably AA
Minimum 2 to 4 years of professional experience in programming (including
scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development
and deployment
Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and
Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT
and Bug fixes
Leads and Participates in support process to make sure bots are up and
running with accuracy.
Follows SLA per client requirements without impacting business values
Ability to work EST hours 

Preferred Requirements:

·       2+ years experience with Service Desk Ticketing ? preferably
ServiceNow

·       Experience working with or leading offshore Teams (5-10 people)

·       Experience managing AA Control Room Schedules, Credentials and VMs

·       Experience with AA Release 11.3 and above

·       Experience with AA BOT Insights

·       Experience with Vsphere (VM Monitoring Tool)

·       Experience with Break/Fix Support Frameworks/Models

·       Experience with developing / maintaining RPA BOT Health Monitoring
Dashboards, Alerting, Tools (AA BOT Insights, Vsphere, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)

·       Domain Knowledge in Healthcare Provider / Insurance Industry
