We are seeking applications for the hostess position. As a hostess, you will serve as an ambassador of the company, welcoming our visitors the moment they walk in the door of our global headquarters in downtown Miami. We are looking for that person who can create a great first impression – in a place that offers you the opportunity to develop your skills and grow with us.

The Hostess will serve as the direct point of contact for members, participate in the membership sales and marketing process and provide critical information needed to create operational efficiencies and improve member engagement. We are offering a supportive and team-oriented environment, with opportunities to learn and hone your skills across customer service, sales, marketing, venue operations and team management.

Your role will include:
• Welcoming members to the office/space and walking them through the registration process.
• Leading prospective members, both local and global, through the space and amenities.
• As part of the tour experience, explain the history of Brickell Bay, downtown Miami, the art collection, artistbackground, and inspiration.
• Accommodating guests and members by serving light meals and beverages.
• Serving as Membership Advisor to prospective members by explaining the different paths to membership and services offered.

What we offer:

Base pay of $40,000 per year
