Full-time Administrative and Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and manage social media strategy
Manage and oversee social media content: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, Newsletters, Website
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices
Light photo retouching and video editing
Copy-writing for content, magazine articles, blog articles
Provide social media calendars weekly
Put together content for a newsletter that goes out weekly
Oversee all real estate referral sites registrations
CRM - Database management and follow up with leads
Prepare listing presentation and buyer presentation
Create and update spreadsheets
Follow up on new clients and past clients
Clean up and manage files
Create email campaigns
Create marketing materials such as brochures, open house flyers, Geo farming letters
Create and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads


Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
