Full-time Executive Coach - Human Resources - 2053

at Three Saints Bay, LLC in Indiana

Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a(n) Executive Coach – Human Resources to support projects and programs pertinent to the Human Resources Division for Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWC Crane).



Position Responsibilities:

Knowledge of Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Executive Core Competencies (ECQ’s).
Use International Coach Federation (ICF) Core Competencies.
Provide guidance, mentoring and training for senior-level executives, managers, current and potential instructors for internal courses, and emerging leaders at NSWC Crane.
Responsible for coordinating teleconferences with individuals, providing them with action-learning assignments, and offering assistance to allow individuals to improve upon their leadership-related skills and business acumen.
Contribute deep subject matter expertise to address complex, executive-level human capital needs and challenges
Provide advisory, coaching, facilitation, and design services
Create, deliver, and manage talent life cycle strategies and solutions that build executive-level capability
Provide one-on-one Executive Coaching Sessions to achieve desired results for NSWC Crane leaders by helping to identify strengths and weaknesses, and ultimately optimizing the individual’s performance and leadership.
Maintain close working relationships with all stakeholders to ensure that training needs and requirements are addressed.
Make recommendations on adopting, modifying, or discontinuing various types of instructional methods and approaches to using the most effective state-of-the-art training technologies.
Incorporate full range of training strategies and/or instructional training aids (e.g., computer videodiscs, CD ROM, interactive software, video telecommunications, and the print media).
Provide executive level coaching to government led facilitators and instructors.
Evaluate all pilot courses by being present for all class sessions and make recommendations for course revisions to both the content and student binders/learning materials.
Collect and analyze participant feedback and student evaluations on all delivered courses, provide summary information on each course, and include recommendations for course modifications.
Design training courses to be delivered via audio/visual recording.
Audio/visual recorded training courses shall be compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.


Position Requirements:

US Citizenship.
Active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Master’s Degree preferred.
Formal training or certification in coaching or leadership development or equivalent training/experience.
Five to Ten (5 -10) years relevant experience, to include experience in executive and upper management coaching, business and management consulting, leadership training and development, counseling, executive coaching, and mentoring.
Strong communicator with expert rapport-building skills.
Ability to develop strategic plans for high-priority issues.
Ability to strengthen organizational skills.
Ability to establishing greater credibility.
Ability to create a better focus on important priorities.
Ability to create a balance between work and personal life.
Ability to improve interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to set effective goals and ensure implementation.
Must demonstrate a high-level understanding of organizational development, leadership and management theory.
Qualified to provide debriefs on a variety of workplace assessments.
Maintains coaching credentials and continuing education credits.
Ability to multi-task or possess a range of skills which allows performance of multiple tasks to be accomplished concurrently.
Ability to prioritize simultaneous assignments.
Ability to review complex policies and procedures to ensure consistency in their application and recommends modifications.
Ability to understand and interpret written material including technical material, rules, regulations, instructions, reports, charts, graphs, or tables and applies what is learned from written material to specific situations.
Ability to recognize and use correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling, communicates information in a succinct and organized manner, and produces written information which may include technical material that is appropriate for the intended audience.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrate understanding, courtesy, tact, empathy, and concern.
Develop and maintain relationships, relates well to people from varied backgrounds and situations, and is sensitive to individual differences.
Ability to express information to individuals or groups effectively taking into account the audience and nature of the information.

Ability to use a variety of computer applications including Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher etc.
