Must Have Skills:

Must have at least 5 years of experience as a business analyst
Must have significant experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements for business intelligence/analytics applications.
Must have experience with ETL concepts, SQL, and data mapping.
Must have understanding of data warehousing, corporate performance management, including capacity development, financial and HR analytics.
Must haveFamiliarity with PowerBI, and/or related BI Tools, Collibra (preferred) and/or related Meta Management Tools.
Detailed Job Description:

Review end to end business processes, identify, and document operational technological risks.
Facilitate the Data warehouse data onboarding, which may include business capabilities, functions and processes and design by working collaboratively with process owners and subject matter experts.
Collaborate with Data Warehouse implementation partners to elicit, analyze, translate technical requirements (including non-functional requirements such as scalability and performance), pain points or opportunities into actionable tasks to meet agreed upon deliverables.
Support coordinating and prioritizing user stories/requirements for the iterations
Analyze and test reports developed related to data integration logic, process flows and specifications, provide timely feedback and communicate both in written and verbal.
Review and validate QRCs, UAT training materials developed and collaborate with project team to provide comments and feedback.
Review test plans and test cases and validate against documented business requirements.
Facilitate end to end SIT, validate test results and report on issues and operational risks related to ongoing support and maintenance.
Engage business stakeholders, collaborate for UAT data validation with source system owners and implementation partners.

Ability to write and communicate effectively with subordinates, peers, and end users. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
