Position Overview:



The Quality Manager (QM) will be responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of the contractual quality management program, for all program areas and associated corporate support as needed.



Responsibilities:



Develop Quality Control Plans for all program areas to ensure contractual compliance and program effectiveness.
Review Quality Control Plans to ensure Quality Assurance and contractual compliance and program effectiveness.
Develop Corrective Action Reports (CARs), Preventative Action Requests, and Quality Improvement Reports (QIRs) as needed to ensure contractual compliance and program effectiveness.
Develop actionable quality reports to effectively measure and improve performance and quality.
Through oversight of the contract leadership team, support the governments pursuit of accreditation at any or all sites, its processes, or program areas.
Maintain current program process documentation and associated repository to ensure proper use, proper version control, routine process reviews and process audits.
Assist with Corporate quality initiatives as needed.
If desired, develop and implement an ISO 9001 Quality Management System, or other accreditation systems, for the Firearms Operations Division (FOD).




Requirements:



Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or possession of an equivalent combination of formal education and work experience. (Master’s Degree Preferred)
More than five years’ experience in Quality Management is required.
Demonstrated experience with National/International Accreditation Programs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products to include, Excel, Word, Outlook.
Must be available for travel on an as needed basis,.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the DOJ/ATF clearance requirements.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
Position is located in Manassas, VA
