Full-time Management Analyst #2267

Kiliuda Consulting, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and Government Contracting industry leader, is seeking a Management Analyst to support our customer in Panama City, FL.



Qualified Candidates will be expected to:

Document the capabilities of regional and national industry and academia.
Bridge Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR)-developed technology to Phase III:
Match needs, technology gaps, and requirements to SBIR/STTR-developed technology at NavySBIRsearch.com
Connect industry partners to SBIR opportunities
Identify and refer potential Phase III projects to NavalX Gulf Coast Tech Bridge Director
Support the Naval X Gulf Coast Tech Bridge Director with the facilitation of SBIR/STTR education and outreach to regional stakeholders during regional Tech Bridge Innovation Events including securing meeting spaces and registering attendees.
Support the NavalX Gulf Coast Tech Bridge Director with inquiries in the SYSCOM SBIR system
Direct “How do I participate” inquiries to NavySBIR.com via the NavalX Gulf Coast Tech Bridge Director
Utilize SBIR generated and curated resources to share information on topics, timelines, etc. For specific SBIR opportunities, coordinate with SYSCOMS and SBIR points of contact via the NavalX Gulf Coast Tech Bridge Director to ensure accuracy of information shared.
Events created to specifically address Navy SBIR/STTR opportunities shall be coordinated with appropriate Naval points of contact via the NavalX Gulf Coast Tech Bridge Director
Support the DON SBIR office and the NavalX Gulf Coast Tech Bridge Director in reaching out to regional industry and academia with Department of the Navy (DON) SBIR office to communicate existing DON SBIR events to Tech Bridge Stakeholders
Work with the NavalX Gulf Coast Tech Bridge Director to provide monthly inputs) on Tech Bridges and SBIR outreach activities to NavalX and DON SBIR.
Support the NavalX Gulf Coast Tech Bridge Director with involving local not-for-profit research institutions in regional Innovation Discovery Events and identifying potential areas of collaboration with the Navy.
Support the NavalX Gulf Coast Tech Bridge Director with understanding the capabilities of local private and non-profit investment opportunities (private investment, incubators, accelerators) in the context of SBIR/STTR and connecting them with the national SBIR/STTR program office.
Support the NSWC PCD Tech Bridge Coordinator in identifying innovators in academia, business and government.
Support the NavalX Gulf Coast Tech Bridge Director in identifying innovators and non-traditional industry partners in coordination with DON SBIR/STTR personnel, and other DON organizations that deal with small business and non-traditional companies such as the partner warfare center’s Office of Research and Technology Applications (ORTA) Office and NavalX Tech Bridge personnel to maximize technology transition and transfer opportunities.
Support the local NavalX Gulf Coast Tech Bridge Coordinator in planning and coordinating activities between the NavalX Gulf Coast Tech Bridge, DON SBIR/STTR Program Management Office, ORTAs, NavalX Tech Bridges, and appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify and assist in facilitating SBIR/STTR topics.
Engage in regional outreach to Small Business Concerns (SBCs).
Provide information to the NavalX Gulf Coast Tech Bridge Director on DON priorities and programs as frequently as monthly, highlight SBIR/STTR success stories quarterly, suggest proposal-writing tips quarterly, clarify the DON SBIR/STTR program processes and objectives quarterly, to include the proposal process, and provide information on other sources of assistance from Federal, State and regional organizations.
Expand regional outreach to underrepresented States in the region, using various collaboration tools to coordinate with economic development sites within the states and other remote locations using Microsoft Teams and other remote access capabilities to bring program information and outreach opportunities to underserved communities.
Track and maintain a database of active partnerships, contacts, technology transfers, and metrics.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of 1-2+ day events for groups up to 50 people (events such as meetings, workshops, pitch events, etc.)


Position Requirements:

U. S. Citizen.
High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite to include Excel and Power Point.
Experience with knowledge management.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze and draw conclusions.
Ability to interface professionally with all levels of management and support personnel.
Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
Ability to assemble information from a variety of sources, collate that information, and build a consolidated report.
Ability to travel (CONUS) approximately once per quarter


Preferred Qualification:

Prior Navy experience
Experience with Navy systems/databases: SYSCOM SBIR system


Position has the possibility of being remote.
