Kiliuda is look for a Program Manager to support the DEA with analysis of complex financial and business records to support the diversion related federal investigations and prosecutions.



Responsibilities:



Plan, organize, and manage all employees of the Contractor
Assign staff personnel to appropriate shifts, or employment unctions/tasks/duties;
Monitor staff workload ensure contract compliance;
Establish and/or improve procedures and controls to ensure that all services meet specified requirements.
Responsible for day-to-day coordination of project activities and client contact.
Responsible for ensuring resources are provided for performing financial investigative support functions.
Provide the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) with status reports;
Monitor the contract to ensure that all tasks are being properly executed
Make suggestions to the COR for improvements, if any, of the operation and prevention of problems; and respond to requests from the COR, whether administrative or technical.
Responsible employees are fully qualified for the labor categories under which they are assigned to perform the work efficiently and in a timely manner.
Conduct staff meetings on performance matters, including changes to processes or policy, production, issues in work products, disposition of files, attendance, and policy and procedural matters.
Assist in the planning and development of policies and procedures for the effective and efficient management of operations.
Review and approve status reports and properly disseminate such reports.
Monitor the operations of all staff hired in the performance of the BPA, regardless of the physical location of the staff.




Requirements:



US Citizen
Ability to pass agency clearance
Ability to pass pre-employment background check
Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum of 5 years of criminal investigative experience and a minimum of 2 years of experience specializing in financial investigations
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in conducting complex criminal investigations, preferably in conducting or managing investigations into the diversion of controlled substances, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Federal financial investigative procedures and techniques.
Thorough knowledge of 10 current financial investigation techniques, including the use of commercial databases and other sources of information.
Excellent oral and written communication
Must be technically qualified in all aspects of contract management and ensure that all tasks identified are completed in accordance with BPA and call order requirements.
Excellent planning, supervising, and leadership
Excellent financial, and operational skills to develop and implement strategies and action plans to achieve desired objectives.
