Job Description
PeopleReady ofRiverside has an immediate opening forUtility Clerks in Riverside, CA.Supporting the finance department, accountant, and management team by completing routine clerical and accounting tasks. Preparing budgets, maintaining reports, and completing basic bookkeeping and accounting duties for the company.
This position is responsible for a variety of general accounting support tasks as directed by the Corporate Controller. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Accounting Clerk provides key support to the overall accounting function
Note - Pay Rate for this Job is $16.25/Hour
Shift Timing - 2nd Shift (Evening)

Responsibilities

• Charges and changes batteries for the fork lift and pallet jack fleet
• Operates sweeper/scrubber to clean the general warehouse area
• Operates baler, for scrap corrugated, and load bales onto a trailer
• Empty trash cans throughout warehouse and dispose into warehouse compactor
• Conveyor / Sorter operator
• General helper for the maintenance technicians when needed
• Will perform other duties as assigned by the department manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Upon accepting an offered position, candidates will be subject to E-Verify
• Pass physical, drug and alcohol test
• Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, with reasonable accommodation
• Three to six months related experience and/or training is preferred
• Drug screen required
• Background Check Required
