Warehouse Manager – English/Spanish speaking Preferred - $23.00 per hour.
Day shift 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mon-Fri. Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule, in the event work is needed prior or past normal business hours.
Experienced personable, professional person is needed to manage and oversee our Warehouse department and crew of 10-12 employees.
Proficient in Microsoft /Excel / computer skills/knowledge in various software programs is helpful/needed, ability to effectively communicate respectfully and professionally with Management and employees.
Knowledge of all OSHA regulations. Knowledge in SAP and WMS is a plus, Knowledge and capable of creating SOP’s and KPI’s to help manage cost, is a huge plus!
Inventory control knowledge is needed, detailed orientated and focused at all times.
Capable of multi-tasking, maintain strong management and organizational skills.
Capable of conducting daily safety meetings.
A rate increase will be considered after 90-day evaluation period.

Warehouse Lead – Shipping & Receiving–“Hands -On” $20.00
Sit-down/stand-up lift experience is needed.
Preferably a bilingual English/Spanish speaking enthusiastic person needed to help strengthen and support our Warehousing team.
Detailed oriented, capable of working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Associate will be trained and work closely with our Office lead and will eventually learn all 35-40 Warehousing Customers procedures and expectations, Microsoft Word/Excel, typing 40+ wpm, data entry / speed and accuracy is a must!
Overseeing up to 12-15 employees on the floor, must maintain a flexible work schedule Mon-Fri, (work schedule may fluctuate) occasionally needed to work on a Saturday.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety, problem solver, working as a team-player, knowledge/creating SOP’s/KPI’s to manage cost is helpful, inventory control experience, maintain excellent record keeping, capable of conducting regular Safety meetings, the ability to speak, write, and conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner with employees and customers is needed, knowledge of WMS and SAP (software) is helpful, capable of multi-tasking.
$20.00 (a pay rate increase will be considered upon experience and overall job performance after 90-day probation period.)


Transportation/Dispatch/Brokerage/H.R. Knowledge needed $20.00
Experienced people person with ample knowledge in 3PL environment, computer literate, excel is needed,
Responsible for all DOT compliance and fleet maintenance record keeping, fuel receipts
DOT/safety audits capable of maintaining integrity and confidentiality throughout all functions, successfully implement fleet maintenance program Manage safety programs and training, capable of conducting competitive bidding for potential local truckload business, capable of negotiating group insurance rates for Owner operators, document, and conduct driver performance review, investigate service failures, maintain compliance for all Owner and Company drivers.
Knowledge of hiring and maintaining driver’s files / record keeping, capable of maintaining all personnel files, must maintain excellent attendance, capable of multi-tasking, working independently and as a team, assist in dispatch department as needed with updates, etc.
Must be capable of maintaining a flexible work schedule Mon-Friday.
$20.00 (A pay rate increase will be considered depending on experience and overall job performance after 90-day evaluation period.)

Biller –$18.50
Reliable/responsible experienced people person with ample knowledge in 3PL environment.
Proficient with Microsoft including Word & Excel, excellent problem solver, alpha testing test (45 wpm) must be done prior to sending resume.
CSR functions, answer phone, greet guests and customers entering building
Quick Books experience is needed, must be detailed oriented, maintain great organizational skills, ability to multi-task, team player
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, must maintain a flexible work schedule, maintain excellent attendance is needed.
$18.50 (A pay rate increase will be considered depending on experience and overall job performance after 90-day evaluation period)

Shipping Clerk (Inside office) CSR experience is needed – $18.50
ALL Shipping & Receiving functions
Day shift, Mon-Fri 8 hours per day.
Reliable, dependable person with “on hands” office Shipping and Receiving experience is needed
Capable of maintaining excellent attendance is crucial, phone and people skills, quick learner, capable of multi-tasking,
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, typing test is required prior to interview.
Must type min 45 wpm.
Must maintain valid CDL
$18.50 (A pay rate increase will be considered depending on experience and overall job performance after 90-day evaluation period)


Maintenance Helper – Preferably bilingual Spanish speaking – $18.50
Shift Mon-Fri. 12:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Capable of changing tires for 18wheelers rigs, repair work on trailers/swing doors/flooring/mechanic incline.
Bilingual Spanish speaking is helpful.
Must maintain a flexible work schedule, and a great attendance.
$18.50 (A pay rate increase will be considered depending on experience and overall job performance after 90-day evaluation period)
