Full-time Call Center Agent - Remote

Our firm has immediate, open positions available for Remote Call Center Agents that are able to work from home and have access to a home-office environment with an above average computer system and a strong, high-speed internet connection. Our positions include Customer Service & Support, Customer Service with Sales, Customer Service with Tech Support/Troubleshooting, and Customer Service Reservations in the Medical Transport and Luxury Travel industries.

As a Call Center Agent of our firm, you are responsible for providing superior customer service for all of our clients while working independently from your own home. We also ask that our agents have a distraction-free environment to achieve this responsibility. Call Center Agent positions are available in all states except California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Wisconsin.

The really great part? YOU get to choose which client you want to start working for once hired! All of our clients are nationally known, well established, name brands, and due to the nature of our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with our software platform partner and privacy restrictions, we cannot release any names of these companies on this domain site. BUT, we will discuss those names during the Agent Registration process! Also, the names are changing regularly, according to each company’s needs.

What We Look For:
• Customer Service and/or Call Center experience preferred - not required.
• Able to type at least 20+ words per minute with minimal errors. (Some clients may require higher).
• Home-office environment, strong internet connection, web camera, USB headset.
• Ability to upgrade system to meet these requirements.
• Must meet system requirements and pass system test, once hired and registered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• (Some) Experience with Google Sheets.
• Solid expertise with technology, applications, and new processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to possess a positive, optimistic attitude with good energy at every turn.
• Capacity to multitask, and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities.
• Must be 18 years+.
