at Jobisite in Texas

Provide effectual customer service as well as role model service guidelines.

Ensure to receive inventory, check delivery for correctness commensurate to invoices.

Manage and maintain front end inventory, by reordering when sold and put in stock.

Respond to all telephone calls incoming and outgoing.

Ensure confidentiality and privacy of Personal Health Information (PHI) as needed by HIPAA.

Direct client to counsel window for pharmacist consultation.

Maintain and manage insurance signature logs by end by scanning and filing.

Keep work area organized, cleaned and sanitized.

Verify prescriptions orders with respect to names, number of orders per bag and so on. Call all customers for pickups and deliveries. Recall customers on orders not picked up in a timely manner according to the Texas Pharmacy Laws.

Prepare all delivery orders for the drivers.

File and manage all prescription hard copies.

Support pharmacists and technicians as required to assure effectual and full production for shift.

Prompt on Attendance and Communication to Supervisor. 2 Clerks needed ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.50 - $10.50 per hour
