Company in Linbro Park Johannesburg, seeking to employ an HR/Recruitment officer. Candidate is required to have an HR degree/diploma and 5 years proven experience as an HR officer. Knowledge of HR functions which include the entire recruitment process, performance management, training and development, understanding labour laws and disciplinary procedures as well as performing other daily HR related activities is required.

Responsibilities include:
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting adverts and managing the hiring process
• Facilitate training and development programs and WSP/ATR submissions
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Draft and issue out employment contracts
• Maintain employee records and employee files
• Any other HR administrative related tasks

Requirements include:
• HR degree/diploma
• 5 years proven experience as HR/Recruitment officer
• Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, performance management, training and development, administrative related tasks)
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Strong ethics and reliability
