Currently seeking an experienced Commercial or Residential HVAC Service Mechanics or installers for local HVAC companies. These are great “direct-hire” opportunities for experienced HVAC professionals who enjoy working on their own and are interested in a long-term career position with well established companies.

Benefits for the HVAC Service Mechanic Technician / Installer position includes:

Starting Wage: $26.00 - $44.00 an hour DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm

This is a “direct-hire” opportunity and not a “temp” or “contract” position.

Primary Responsibilities of the HVAC Service Mechanic Technician / Installer include:

Perform installs, preventive maintenance, service, and troubleshooting for commercial HVAC in the Utah County and Salt Lake County areas.

Maintain a clean and safe job site and work vehicle.

Assist other technicians with trouble shooting problems.

Complete parts/material inventories.

Minimum Qualifications for the HVAC Service Mechanic Technician / Installer include:

A minimum of 4 – 6 years of experience as a commercial or residential HVAC Technician or installer. Prefer experience with inspecting, troubleshooting and making repairs to code on commercial equipment.

Must be detail oriented in submitting paperwork and following work orders.

Previous HVAC control systems experience is required.

Must possess a current Utah Driver's license and have a good driving record.

OSHA-10 certification preferred.

Current Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certificate.

E.P.A. certified for refrigerant handling class I & II, or universal.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills along with superb customer service skills.

Ability to perform calculations necessary for HVAC work.
