Primary and secondary skills: Under supervision of Regional Field Service
Manager install configure, service, maintain information technology systems
and applications. Maintain a daily IMAC, Incident, and Refresh resolution
rate of 5+ tickets per day
Detail JD : Imaging and reimaging of Windows Dell Hardware
o IMAC
o Perform Software Installations
o Smart Hands Activities
o Provide remote support for users traveling or at home.
o Provide accurate asset information within ticketing system to ensure an
accurate asset database
o Perform refresh of end user devices in alignment with refresh schedules
o Assist with inventory activities as required weekly and monthly
o Maintain an incident/IMAC resolution/closure rate of 5+ tickets per day
o Ability to work within Service Now
o Strong ability to interact with Customers
WFH available due to COVID - No, 100% fully in the office - candidates must
be 100% vaccinated
