Full-time Help Desk Agent ROle

Role: HelpDesk Agent

Location : Harrisburg Downtown, Pennsylvania

Shift Timings :: Second Shift

1 to 2 years experience
M through F start at 4:00 am and end the following morning at 12:30am. This timing can change by 30 minutes depending on project need. Straight 5 days and 40 hours.
Skills: Customer Interaction, Call Centre experience a plus, experience with ticketing systems
Will be working with O365, MS Teams

Role : HelpDesk Agent

Shift Timings :: Weekend Day Shift (Sat and Sun 8 AM to 8 PM)

1 to 2 years experience
Sat and Sun 8 AM to 8 PM the following morning (total of 24 hours) + two week days of 8 hours each
Skills: Customer Interaction, Call Centre experience a plus, experience with ticketing systems
Will be working with O365, MS Teams.
