Community Service Officer

The City of Pueblo is hiring Community Service Officers, a civilian position created to support the Pueblo Police Department. Community Service Officers will join the Pueblo Police Department team and serve the citizens of Pueblo by responding to and reporting on non-emergency calls and cases. Duties include performing investigative duties and providing customer service, evidence collection, case follow-up, issuing notices and summons, and testifying in court as needed. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, exercise keen observational skills, be able to analyze situations quickly, and work independently without direct supervision.
Application requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, and have a valid driver’s license.
