Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA (Day 1 Onsite)



Key Skills - Project manager with experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud for
client Human Resources functions or similar products

Required Education, Experience, Technical Skills and Knowledge

Required

. Experience in implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud for client
Human Resources functions.

. Experience in HRIS, Recruitment, and/or Payroll implementations for
client Human Resources functions.

. 7+ years of progressive work-related project management experience
with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines, technologies, or
processes related to the position.

. Demonstrated knowledge of project/program and portfolio management
methodology, and project constraints.

. Project management experience in organizing, planning, and
executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation and
ability to translate strategic business requirements into technical
specifications and specific system functionality.

. Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

. Demonstrated analytical, budgeting, performance tracking,
monitoring, analyzing, and communication skills. Ability to focuses on
quantifiable outcomes.

. Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for
providing and presenting information to clients, vendors, management, and
staff.

Highly Desirable

. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project.
