Full-time Outbound Lead Generation Specialist

at MediaDev in Philippines

We are looking for Outbound Lead Generation Specialists for the purpose of lead generation activities, to contact IT/Technology business decision makers in local languages through LinkedIn, phone and email. You will work on lead generation campaigns for our international clients (leading software companies) and generate highly qualified sales opportunities to be directly followed up by our clients.

Our top candidate will have:

- Experience with sales, marketing or lead generation work.
- Good technical understanding regarding Cloud, software solutions, digital transformation, data management and analytics.
- The ability to work with details, accuracy, and be autonomous in time management.
- A proven track record of being a “go getter” who doesn’t back up from a challenge.
- A degree related to Business/ Finance/ Marketing will serve as a good background.

Our expectations of a performant lead generation specialist:

- Ability to understand the value proposition of B2B software applications as they are applied to specific business functions. Being tech-inclined is required but we don’t need someone to be a software engineer in order to understand the business value a software solution can provide.
- Capable of appropriating such a value proposition so as to explain it in layman’s terms to prospects (both written and spoken) without having to read a script, sound like a robot or copy/paste a text.
- Use all available means of communication to get in front of a prospect in order to grab their attention, establish trust, build rapport and generate interest in evaluating our customer’s software products.
- Have no qualms about constantly reinventing new pitches, finding creative and different ways of being able to reach production goals.
- Ability to work autonomously without micro-management: we show the way and some ideas over the how but the how is up to each agent.
- Clearly able to embrace their own vulnerability and not get shaken when prospects hang up on them! We expect someone to make no less than 30 to 60 calls a day, but the more the better in our opinion.
- Send at least 25 to 50 emails, LinkedIn Inmails and connection requests per day to build a pipeline that is nurtured over time. This also includes posting social media posts following content guidelines.
