Pershing|BNYM offers a variety of financial services to our clients and their investors. Mutual funds are a significant investment for our clients, so we dedicate our efforts to ensure successful trading, settlement and maintenance of these securities. This role is within our Mutual Fund Order Desk which is responsible for working directly with mutual fund companies and their transfer agents, as well as other financial institutions like us.

Responsibilities:

The Mutual Fund Order Desk Associate is responsible managing client requests which includes orders and corrections. The associate will also manage trade rejects involving NSCC supported funds as well as offshore funds supported via Euroclear. They will collaborate with colleagues across Pershing|BNYM and strive to minimize risk for our firm and clients.

The successful candidate will demonstrate/possess:

High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education experience is required
7+ years of work experience in in the securities or financial services industry preferred
Experience with the Microsoft Office product suite preferred
