Full-time Administration/ Customer Service

at Protech Pest Control in Victoria

One of Victoria's most successful and innovative Accredited Pest Control Service Providers, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate in office admin functions to join our medium sized team.

This challenging role requires a highly motivated, confident and organised individual who has an enthusiastic and mature approach and a can do attitude.

Your day to day role will include, but not be limited to:

• The day to day running of the office e.g. Data entry, phones, technicians
• Monitor and update daily commercial client data.
• Answer the phones
• Book/schedule treatments
• Respond to emails
• Organise job runs for technicians
• Process payments
• Type reports and quotations
• Data entry into Job Management System
• General office cleaning

To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and attributes:

• The ability to build rapport with internal and external clientele.
• Experience on the phones is essential.
• Ability to prioritise work, show discretion and initiative, have good judgment, organisational skills and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and general computer knowledge.

Love working in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based at our head office in Campbellfield.
