Staff Accountant - Hiring Immediately! Partially remote/hybrid schedule $29/hr

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a hands-on Accountant that supports accounting operations in various complex areas. This role is ideal for a focused self-starter accounting professional looking to gain experience in complex accounting operations. This person will develop working relationships with cross-functional partners and various levels of management.

Responsibilities:
•Gain intermediate knowledge of the company’s accounting and other software programs
•Process cash receipts through bank and general ledger.
•Performing account analysis and reconciliation, including cash, accounts receivable, prepaid and accrued expenses, deferred income, investment and fixed asset account
•Assists in the production of monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports
•Support all areas of finance to ensure timely and accurate reporting
•Coordinate with internal and external auditors on audit deliverables
•Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
•KPI tracking
•Budgeting
•Create standard operating procedures
•Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
•3 to 5 years of accounting experience
•Demonstrated process improvement skills
•Proficient in Quickbooks
•Proficient in accounting software
•Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
•Strong computer skills
