Location : Columbus, OH (Remote till pandemic)
Duration : Long Term Contract Role

Must have Snowflake, AWS and DataLake exp

Strong working knowledge on Data Warehouse and Hadoop

Looking for someone who has AWS experience
Strong experience with Data Lakes
Previous candidates have been really conceptual and not technical enough,
or they have been to focused in Data Engineering and not strong enough in
architecture 
Need someone who falls into the sweet spot between conceptual architect and
data engineer/hands on
Native services/AWS experience is needed
The Data Warehouse is Snowflake, this is not required experience.
 The team is building a Data Lake. The Data Lake feeds the Data Warehouse,
the Data Warehouse is Snowflake. This person needs to be experienced with Data
Lakes and Architecture.Must Have:


AWS
AWS Cloud Architect
Hadoop

Backfill Cloud Data Architect
Lead role to help build out data lake environment inside AWS
Moving on prem data warehouse to Snowflake
Soft skills are required - leadership/communication
Technical expectationsAWS experience for building out data lakes
3-4 years of experience leading solutions and building out data lakes
15 years of total technology experience
Hadoop experience
Interview Process - 30 min first round, second round technical panel
interview, panel interview with senior stakeholders
Willing to shorten process if needed for candidates in really high demand
Experience with Snowflake is a huge nice to have
